At NOVA West Island, we are dedicated to providing compassionate, community-based health care and support services.
Behind our mission, is a dedicated team of skilled professionals and compassionate volunteers. From our in-home nurses to our bereavement counselors and program coordinators, every member of our team works tirelessly to bring comfort, care and dignity to those we serve.

Mission

To enhance community well-being through no-cost, in-home nursing care for palliative and oncology patients, as well as supportive bereavement programs for children and adults. Additionally we provide, at minimal cost, personalized home-support services and a stimulating senior activity program for adults with neurocognitive impairments.

To build a better community by being a leading resource for the promotion and delivery of quality, targeted, community-based healthcare.
